SUMMARY

Versapak are a specialist manufacturer of Tamper Evident products established in 1973 and with offices across Europe. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead Versapak’s global marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, support sales teams and expand our presence across new and existing markets.
Reporting to the Business Development Director and the Versapak business team, the post holder is responsible for delivering a wide spectrum of marketing, campaign, website, event support, SEO and social media projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, big-picture thinker who is comfortable managing multiple projects.
The post holder will work alongside the graphic design manager to ensure Versapak is presented professionally and consistently across all our marketing materials.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
· Lead campaigns across digital, print, events and PR to grow brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
· Manage content creation across various channels including website, blog, email, brochures and social media.
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer service) to align marketing with commercial goals.
· Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads and social media advertising efforts.
· Oversee and maintain the company website, ensuring up-to-date, engaging and search-optimised content.
· Analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI; provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
· Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective activities.
· Organise trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategy.
· Continuously think of creative ideas to improve our print and digital marketing designs, researching our sector (and other sectors of comparable nature), clients, competitors and industry trends for inspiration in everything we do.
· Attend courses if required to further your knowledge and expertise.
