Job Description This role is responsible for managing and delivering premium brand marketing initiatives for Visa targeting high net worth, affluent, and mass affluent consumers across the NALP region. The role contributes to regional brand strategy execution by translating global and regional premium brand direction into locally relevant campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that support Visa growth objectives. The role operates with defined autonomy, exercises independent judgment within established frameworks, and collaborates closely with regional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the execution of premium marketing initiatives targeting high net worth, affluent, and mass affluent consumer segments including high income households, frequent travelers, and luxury retail shoppers Support the evolution of Visa brand positioning toward an aspirational lifestyle brand by delivering high quality, premium focused campaigns and experiences Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with luxury hospitality, prestige retail, and lifestyle platforms in alignment with regional brand priorities Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and experiential channels including luxury events and lounges Track performance against defined key performance indicators including brand awareness, brand preference, premium product adoption, and partner effectiveness Work closely with regional marketing, product, digital, analytics, and communications teams to ensure alignment with global and regional premium brand frameworks Manage assigned marketing budgets and agency partners to ensure effective delivery and return on investment Monitor consumer, travel, and luxury market trends within NALP and apply insights to campaign planning and optimization Scope and Decision Making: Operates within established regional and global brand strategies and guidelines Makes day to day decisions related to campaign execution, partner activation, and budget allocation within approved plans Influences stakeholders across functions through data driven insights and strong collaboration No direct people management responsibility, but may lead project based teams and agency partners Key Performance Indicators: Improvement in brand awareness and brand preference among affluent and high net worth consumers Contribution to growth in premium card product adoption and usage Return on investment from premium marketing campaigns and partnerships Successful delivery of agreed premium activations and partner collaborations Key Stakeholders: Internal: Brand Director NALP Regional Marketing Product and Digital Communications Analytics External: Luxury brand partners Prestige retail partners Hospitality partners Marketing agencies Media partners Market Specific Requirements: Based in Egypt with ability to travel within the NALP region as required Strong understanding of local affluent consumer behavior and premium lifestyle trends Experience driving proposition and communication on Affluent Brands in Telecom, FMCG, Tech, etc This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Five to eight years of marketing experience within premium brands, luxury retail, or prestige lifestyle sectors Demonstrated experience managing premium portfolios and driving brand desirability among high value consumer segments Strong strategic and commercial mindset with experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels and managing budgets Strong stakeholder and partner management capabilities with experience working with luxury brands or prestige lifestyle ecosystems preferred Data driven approach with ability to define key performance indicators, analyze consumer segments, track affluent consumer behavior, and optimize marketing investment Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Arabic required and French considered an advantage Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic regional environment while managing complexity and delivering measurable results Core Skills and Experience: Five to eight years of marketing experience with exposure to premium brands, luxury retail, or prestige lifestyle sectors Demonstrated experience executing premium or high value consumer marketing initiatives Strong understanding of integrated marketing delivery across digital, content, and experiential channels Experience managing agencies, budgets, and external partners Analytical mindset with ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing investment Strong communication skills with fluency in English required and Arabic preferred Ability to work effectively in a regional, matrixed environment Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
