What some of your day-to-day responsibilities will look like Lead the development and execution of brand and portfolio strategies to drive growth, market share, and commercial performance Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade, and retail channels Partner with Sales to achieve revenue targets and create compelling trade and retailer-facing marketing programs Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovation pipelines aligned with consumer needs and brand strategy Manage and optimise marketing budgets (A+CP) to maximise ROI and drive measurable outcomes Analyse performance, market trends, and consumer insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement About You You will have minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG or beauty industry, as well as: Proven experience driving brand growth and creating strategic brand plans Demonstrated ability to partner with innovation teams to bring new product to market Previous experience delivering integrated marketing programs by working with digital & agency partners Demonstrated ability to work with sales and trade customers to execute brand strategies at every touch point A commercial mindset in decision making Previous experience leading & mentoring a small team Why Join Us?
