ABOUT THE JOB

Vitasave.ca is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our creative team!
Do you have a passion for strategic marketing, collaboration, leadership and health and wellness? You will be the leader of promoting Vitasave, our products and our services. You must show great strengths of management, internal and external communication, be able to analyze and pull marketing data, and take initiative on project implementations. You will work alongside experienced specialists, a graphic design team, and report to the Marketing Director.If this sounds like you, We welcome your application!

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive relationships.
  • Able to pull analytical marketing reports to the marketing director whenever the data is requested.
  • Stay up to date on Industry trends, regarding new partners, tactics, tools and trends.
  • The Marketing Manager will work with our brands to form effective marketing plans based on an agreed budget.
  • They will work closely as a team with our internal graphic designers, and will create email, banner, flyer, and poster briefs for them to work from.
  • They are responsible for scheduling all emails and making sure all banners are uploaded to the website for the current sales.
  • They are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the sale and its functionality are working, online and in-store.
  • They will look at analytics and report on email success rates.
  • The Marketing Manager will manage campaigns with our external social media agency, and ensure all social content is high quality and on-brand.
  • They will liaise with our Accounting team to ensure all invoices are up to date with suppliers.
  • Evaluate the established marketing strategy and optimize marketing plans.
  • Lead the marketing team by example, to contribute fully to the achievement of objectives laid out in annual departmental and individual goals.
  • Ability to be self- directed and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a global team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining scheduling of sales 3 months in advance.
  • Five years of leadership experience in a business field.
  • Ability to be flexible on a day to day basis with task priority.
  • Creating new marketing initiatives through creative marketing processes.
  • Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
  • Implementing search engine optimization (SEO) in online media
  • Researching trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorming ideas
  • Coordinating and producing financial documents for advertising campaigns, such as budgets, estimates, and contracts
  • Communicating and negotiating with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors, and writers
  • Addressing problems and troubleshooting campaigns
  • Analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance
