Description SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Chief Product Officer, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing initiatives that support VoidForm’s growth in the U.S. and Canada. From creating campaign concepts to completing metrics reports, this role requires excellent project management skills, creativity, and a strong background in B2B product marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strong marketer with a passion for construction products and a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs the following responsibilities per VoidForm policies and procedures, work rules, expectations, and behavior standards: Marketing Management Oversee the daily workflow of our internal staff and external marketing partners. Plan and maintain campaign calendars, event schedules, and social media that meet deadlines. Work closely with sales and product application teams to ensure the accuracy of technical content. Create and execute marketing plans to achieve company revenue objectives and increase brand awareness. Maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent visuals and messaging across all marketing channels. Lead Generation and Campaign Management Develop and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and industry events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI. Event Planning and Management Plan and execute company participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Develop an annual event calendar, coordinate logistics, products, post-event follow-ups, and internal de-brief. Requirements MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Training, and Experience Required) Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Required: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. Construction or industrial manufacturing sectors, or marketing agency experience preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital content and performance marketing, as well as a desire to keep up on B2B marketing trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. WORK LOCATION This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fort Worth, Texas.
