    Reporting to the Senior Director of Market Development the Marketing Manager (w/m/d) will be responsible for optimizing marketing programs to grow brand presence in the DACH region. This brand-new opportunity has come to the forefront due to exciting growth and you will play a crucial role in developing relevant content for the DACH region markets and be responsible for regional social media and marketing automation strategies and execution. You will be located in the DACH (Germany, Austria or Switzerland) region.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to customers and Industry events required
  • A diploma or degree in business or a related discipline is strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience with a focus on content development, demand generation, inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics especially SaaS including the sales cycle, marketing operations, and the systems that support these functions would be advantageous
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools (i.e., HubSpot), client relationship management systems (i.e., Salesforce), and account-based marketing tools to generate qualified leads as well as multi-channel marketing.
Responsibilities
  • Planning, implementing, and measuring multichannel marketing programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue for the DACH markets.
  • Managing various channels including social media, digital and email marketing to deliver persuasive and cohesive marketing message.
  • Playing a strategic role driving paid and earned media opportunities in the DACH region, acting as point of contact for our European PR agency.
  • Playing a strategic role in content creation for international markets, including blogs, eBooks, datasheets, webpages, and general messaging.
  • Working along our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure our contact database strategy adheres to GDPR and country-specific privacy rules as well as lead the company in GDPR compliant marketing practices.
  • Analysing performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories, and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings.
  • Managing to quarterly and annual pipeline goals in support of company revenue goals, focusing on the lead nurture and pipeline generation required to grow the international market.
