Job Description Reporting into our Category Marketing Lead – Warehouse Stationery, you will be joining a small but mighty marketing team. This varied role will see your efforts range from: delivering trading campaigns, involvement with major trading events, ensuring the category teams are supported by marketing campaigns and activations. Not to mention working closely with other internal teams to ensure marketing activities are integrated providing a cohesive customer experience. A snapshot of your role: Deliver and execute marketing campaigns fitting category plans and marketing strategy Drive major trading events (Back to School, school holidays) and events to agreed Marketing and Trading calendar Ensure the category teams are supported with impactful marketing activity to drive sales, profitability and brand building in line with the brand strategy, category strategy and trading requirements Work closely with suppliers and creative, media team, merchandising, operations and omni experience to ensure marketing activities are integrated providing a cohesive customer experience Collaborate with other Marketing Managers/Leads where dual campaigns are being crafted Manage agreed aspects of Marketing A&P budget efficiently across activity to improve effectiveness Use insights to drive data-driven decision-making and craft marketing activity Qualifications We are looking for a confident operator who loves the fun and fast pace of retail, happy to roll up the sleeves and get stuck in. Retail savvy, keen to grow, reliable and customer centric mindset describe you down to a t. Your marketing background and trading mindset are an absolute must. Retail marketing experience preferred! Curious about consumer/shopper behaviour Adaptable, flexible – thrive with pace Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills – working across everyone from agencies, supplier brands, internal cross-functional stakeholders Project management skills - managing timelines and budgets A confident interactor and strong communicator – you know how to win friends, influence, negotiate and push back when needed Additional Information Come work with us as we aim to “Help Kiwis live better everyday!”.
