You will work alongside some of the best in the business including Brand, CX, Proposition and Customer Marketing Managers and the wider Westpac and agency teams to bring ideas to life and deliver work that makes a real difference for New Zealanders. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? 5+ years’ experience within marketing, segments and/or within product proposition roles across large, complex organisations. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, while building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external creative, media, and research agencies. A talent for simplifying complexity, conveying information clearly, influencing stakeholders, and shaping opportunities into actionable solutions. Experience using research and data-led segmentation to draw actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and campaigns. A growth mindset, with the drive to champion change and deliver results across a large organisation. Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to working across multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
