JOB OVERVIEW: MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand awareness, increasing foot traffic, and driving sales. This role oversees a range of marketing activities including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, customer engagement programs, events, public relations, and brand partnerships. It also involves close coordination with third-party stakeholders such as malls and retail partners. The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally with the merchandising, sales, and operations teams to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and deliver an enhanced customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail trends, and brand positioning.
  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce platform performance marketing understanding, CRM, loyalty programs, and in-store promotions.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic marketing decisions based on insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness in the retail sector.
  • Coordination with marketing of 3P stakeholders-malls and 3P retails
  • Plan and execute PR Events and Consumer Events
  • Oversee retail campaigns, in-store promotions, and digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure NPD launch, promotions, product highlights align with inventory and sales goals.
  • Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and external agencies to maximize brand exposure.
  • Plan and execute events, store opening support and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, advertising, and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively to maximize lost efficiency and return on investment.
