We’re looking for an individual with excellent leadership, people management and communication skills. This position requires a tech savvy individual who can quickly learn new platforms and programs and teach them to others. The candidate shall be detail oriented, thorough and responsible. Solid knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong multi-channel marketing experience (social, digital, print)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with PC software applications,
  • Knowledge of Canva and photoshop preferred
  • Problem solving skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Experience using a wide range of technology devices such as smartphones, tablets and laptop computers
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent project management and time-management skills
  • Must be proactive and able to take initiative
  • Committed to accuracy and detail oriented
  • Develop and improve the systems of your role

Responsibilities
  • Run and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates
  • Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans in order to attract new customers and engage existing customer for referral business.
  • Willing and able to embrace new technology, master it, and teach it to others
  • Must be tech savvy and able to assist colleagues with computer, phone and email issues
  • Manage on-boarding and training of new agents
