ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in marketing management, account management, or client services (agency experience is a plus).
  • Aclear communicator who can manage relationships with confidence and honesty.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Organised and proactive - you’re always looking ahead to what’s next.
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and turning it into meaningful insights.
  • Strategic, but also happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the champion of your clients, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and guided every step of the way. You’ll oversee their marketing campaigns from onboarding through to delivery, keeping projects on track, expectations aligned, and outcomes exceeding goals.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Client onboarding: Owning the process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional start to every client relationship.
  • Account management: Acting as the main point of contact, preparing KPI reports, holding regular review meetings, and communicating progress clearly.
  • Campaign strategy: Shaping and steering campaign strategies, tactics, and messaging to align with client goals.
  • Client ambassador: Overseeing internal development of all work for your clients, maintaining high quality and delivery, working with our copywriting, creative and telemarketing teams to get what you need.
  • Project management: Overseeing campaign delivery, coordinating internal teams, reviewing work, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Proactive support: Spotting challenges before they become problems, identifying opportunities to improve, and always staying one step ahead for your clients.
