Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of the marketing team, overseeing UX, videographer and graphic design, paid media, content writers and digital assistants, ensuring everyone performs at a high level.
You’ll develop, compile and execute detailed omnichannel marketing plans designed to drive growth across all routes to market, including ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and our direct websites.
Your plans will include clear, measurable KPIs, with concise reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI to senior management. You’ll collaborate closely with ecommerce, sales, creative teams, and external partners to deliver innovative, data-led marketing strategies that accelerate brand and revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, maintaining high standards and efficient workflows.
  • Develop, implement, and own omnichannel marketing strategies spanning ecommerce marketplaces, direct websites, email, SEO, PPC and paid social channels.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events across all digital sales channels.
  • Collaborate with ecommerce managers and external developers on website updates, UX improvements and new feature launches.
  • Drive content creation, merchandising, and campaign assets with UX and graphic design teams.
  • Monitor and optimise paid media campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs, ROI and overall performance metrics.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure spend aligns with strategy and delivers value.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Use customer insights and data to tailor marketing efforts, increase lifetime customer value and drive repeat purchase behaviour.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, aftersales, warehouse and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors, including media agencies and creative partners, to support marketing activities.
  • Stay informed on ecommerce and marketing trends to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage crisis or urgent communications related to marketing when required.
  • Compile relevant, coherent reporting to communicate effectively with the senior management team.
