SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the property or professional services sector.
  • Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • High level of creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, analytics, and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, CMS, and social media platforms.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.
  • Knowledge of property industry trends and terminology.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development, planning, and execution of all marketing activities across the business. This includes overseeing campaigns, coordinating events, managing digital and traditional media, supporting lead generation, and ensuring our brand remains consistent and impactful across all platforms with a strong emphasis on growing our online presence through social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business goals across estate agency, land, lettings, and surveying departments.

  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, PR, and social media.
  • Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events, including property launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to define annual marketing budgets, track spending, and report on ROI.
  • Create and maintain compelling marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and case studies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategy.
  • Maintain and develop the company’s website and digital presence to ensure consistent traffic and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, including designers, printers, and advertising partners.
  • Support internal teams with branded materials and communications to ensure consistency in messaging.
