MARKETING MANAGER – WORK TRUCK WEST

Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wage: $65K-$78K salary

At Work Truck West, we build custom work trucks for industries that keep our communities running—construction, utilities, municipalities, and more. We’re proud to deliver rugged, reliable, and fully outfitted truck solutions across Canada. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand and digital presence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or diploma in Marketing or Business, 2-3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Creative, organized, and collaborative
• Industry knowledge (vehicles/equipment) is a plus

THE ROLE

You’ll lead marketing efforts that drive awareness and generate leads. From managing digital campaigns and social media to creating sales materials and planning trade shows, you’ll work closely with our sales team to bring our trucks—and our story—to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage website updates, SEO, and Google Ads
• Create content for email, social media, and digital campaigns
• Maintain CRM (Zoho) and quoting tools
• Design branded materials and sales collateral
• Support sales with aligned messaging and lead generation
• Plan trade shows and team-building events
• Contribute to internal culture and brand consistency
