Job Title: Marketing Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Wholesale Marketing Manager at Zacks Investment Management will lead the firm?s internal marketing strategy, execution, and process optimization to increase advisor engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing. Preferable if experience includes: graphic design, finance, banking, investments, or like verticals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies including email, social media, and digital advertising Proven track record in process improvement, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Social Media (Hootsuite, Adespresso) Familiarity with adobe suite or Canva is helpful but not required Proficiency with email marketing, conversion optimization and data analytics platforms. Proficiency with Salesforce and Pardot Working knowledge of HTML to edit copy and URLs. Project Management (familiarity with Basecamp is a plus)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Experience designing and implementing marketing programs for high-net-worth financial services clients Familiarity with compliance requirements in investment marketing Demonstrated ability to innovate and scale marketing processe
