For more information, please visit www.zaincash.iq. Responsibilities Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that balances Brand Awareness (Marcom) with Performance Marketing (Growth). Lead the execution of user acquisition (UA) campaigns, focusing on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing ROI. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently across digital and traditional channels based on attribution data. Champion the use of tools like Adjust to track campaign sources, attribute installs correctly, & Oversee Customer Engagement campaigns using tools to drive retention and reduce churn. Manage and mentor a diverse team, including the Marcom Manager, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Supervisors. Lead and Implement specialized CVM (Customer Value Management) journeys. Align with Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns support new feature launches and merchant network expansion. Maintain brand consistency and communication across all channels (In-app, Podcast, Social, PR, and Offline). Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of Fintech trends in Iraq and the region. Experience: 5+ years of Marketing experience. At least 2 years as a Marketing Manager. Education: Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus.
