We are looking for a driven and resourceful Marketing Manager who’s excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the full marketing strategy from the ground up, aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
· Build and define the brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
· Set up and manage digital marketing infrastructure, including website, CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
· Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email), offline, and experiential platforms.
· Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify target audiences, trends, positioning opportunities, and potential threats.
· Create and manage content strategies (blogs, social media, product messaging) to drive awareness and engagement.
· Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business development, product, and sales goals.
· Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to measure effectiveness and continuously improve campaigns.
· Manage external vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed to support marketing execution.
· Lead and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, service rollouts, and market entries.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
· 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or independent role.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
· Demonstrated experience in brand development and positioning across multiple channels.
· Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and web platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics).
· Solid understanding of the Real Estate in UAE market, including local consumer behavior, cultural dynamics, and competitive landscape.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in an unstructured, evolving environment.
