JOB DESCRIPTION
Project manage advertising, digital presence, and other marketing initiatives.
Branding, digital assets, media schedules, timelines, and property websites.
Provide strategic recommendations to overcome occupancy challenges.
Day-to-day marketing support vessel for onsite teams, operators and clients.
Transition marketing and implementation of marketing technology.
Monitor advertising, social and business listings performance.
Implement leasing strategies.
Property website development & edits
Assist the regional team in evaluating and implementing website changes, including content and functionalities designed to improve websites.
Assist in the creation of marketing and communications to the onsite teams for support.
Review and provide feedback on property marketing audits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Self-starter who can take on responsibilities and initiate ideas.
Ability to understand the customer experience in the multifamily industry.
Proven track record of delivering projects and assignments at or beyond expectations and meets deadlines.
Excellent computer skills, ability to compose correspondence, ability to learn the back end of RentCafe for websites edits.
Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks when working in a busy and changing environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
Energetic, organized, detailed, and service oriented.
Excellent supervisory, leadership, and employee development skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
