POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Media Administrator provides direct support to the Press & Advertising Director in all aspects of media relations, advertising operations, and public relations execution. This role takes over all press-related duties previously assigned to the Social Media & Audience Engagement Director, focusing on talent media coordination, press tent operations, credentialing, and internal communication related to media activities. The Administrator ensures that systems supporting local and national media coverage, artist PR coordination, and promotional visibility are well-managed and efficiently executed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in public relations, media, journalism, or communications.
• Experience supporting press/media at events, preferably in music, live entertainment, or festivals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, public relations tools, and media credentialing best practices.
• Experience with data analytics is helpful. Working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Availability to work extended hours on-site during the Festival, including weekends and evenings.
