JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Media Manager at The Simple Company is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across all media channels, with a strong focus on digital and social media platforms. The role ensures consistent brand messaging, drives engagement, and maximizes reach and impact through integrated campaigns. The Marketing Media Manager will oversee content creation, campaign performance, and media partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role with a focus on media or social media management
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and multi-channel campaign management
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools
  • Exceptional writing editing, and communication skills
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, social media, and broadcast to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a marketing/media team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure successful execution of initiatives
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including strategy, content creation, scheduling, community engagement and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop compelling website content and digital assets that align with marketing campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media, search engines, and traditional media; leverage keyword research and SEO best practices to improve performance
  • Create and oversee content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with sales and promotional initiatives
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data using analytic tools; provide actionable insights, recommendations, and reports to senior management to optimize ROI
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and platforms, apply innovative strategies to enhance brand engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with media spend, and external partnerships, ensuring cost-effective execution
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
