SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role blends marketing expertise with hands-on content creation, including social media marketing, content marketing, photography, videography, and video editing. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, comfortable behind the camera and in front of creative tools, with the skills to produce engaging content that elevates our brand across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Dream up and post scroll-stopping content across our social channels.
  • Shoot and edit eye-catching videos and photos that bring our brand stories to life.
  • Craft captions, video scripts, and case study content that inspire clicks, shares, and smiles.
  • Turn project wins into compelling case studies with visuals and storytelling that showcase our work.
  • Help create compelling marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentations, and other sales tools.
  • Keep an eye on performance metrics and tweak content for maximum impact.
  • Ensure every photo, post, and video feels on-brand and on-point.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and keep up with the latest creative tools and trends.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to marketing and content creation.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and basic photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Experience creating marketing assets such as case studies, sell sheets, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Strong eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and adapt to new trends and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for events, content capture, and special projects.

BONUS SKILLS:

  • Motion graphics and animation experience (e.g., After Effects).
  • Email marketing platform experience (e.g., Mailchimp and/or Pardot).
  • Basic WordPress or website content management skills.
  • Website coding and HTML/CSS knowledge.
