Description

We are a successful medical supply business based in West Sussex. We specialise in the supply of products to clinics and hospitals in the UK and Ireland, and are looking a marketing and general office assistant to join our small team.

Duties:

  • Assisting the Marketing Executive in updating our social media platforms
  • Assisting with resourcing for new customers and sales
  • Basic data inputting
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with office organisation and maintenance to ensure a tidy workspace
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Assist with dispatching orders to customers

The role would suit any individual looking to start a career in an office based role to see what aspects you enjoy but would ideally suit a school leaver/college leaver. We are able to accept candidates from 16 years old who would prefer to carry out work based learning and earn a salary rather than attend college full time.

Working hours are 9am - 4pm and you will be allocated the hours off during the week to attend college remotely or in person and complete work set. There is an hour break unpaid lunch. Therefore working hours will be 30 hours per week.
Our working hours are Monday-Friday , 9am to 4pm
