We partner with government, non-profit, and private clients to deliver high-quality, sustainable building solutions. As our company grows, we are looking for a Marketing / Admin Assistant to support both our creative marketing efforts and daily office operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or office administration.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and basic web CMS.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English; Mandarin is an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the construction or real estate industry is an advantage but not required.
