Description
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing & Office Coordinator to support our U.S. office in Wood Dale, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, planning exhibitions, handling office communication with our headquarters in the Netherlands, and supporting daily office operations. This is a dynamic position for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small-office environment. Tasks Coordinate and support marketing activities, including social media, newsletters, and campaigns. Plan and organize exhibitions and trade shows, including logistics, communication with vendors, and on-site support. Maintain professional email communication with headquarters in the Netherlands. Perform basic website updates and adjustments (Webflow). Provide office support, including answering phone calls and handling administrative tasks. Support coordination with suppliers, customers, and partners as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required with strong relevant experience). 2–4 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or office management. Experience with organizing trade shows or exhibitions is a strong plus. Familiarity with B2B environments (industrial, transport, or manufacturing sectors preferred). Ability to effectively coordinate between headquarters, suppliers, and customers. Basic knowledge of marketing tools (LinkedIn, Canva, Webflow). Nice-to-haves: Fluency in Spanish or another European language. Graphic design basics (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
