Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Officer whose primary responsibility is to attract new clients and expand the agency’s business. This role requires someone confident in networking, pitching, and building relationships with companies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the agency.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Present agency services, proposals, and creative solutions to prospects.
• Assist in developing strategies to expand the client base and market reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client-facing materials.
• Represent the agency at meetings, events, and industry networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in presenting and pitching ideas to clients.
• Understanding of branding, design, and marketing services (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
