JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Officer to join our growing team. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Create and manage content for marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media accounts.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing projects.
  • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to align marketing efforts.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
