MARKETING OFFICER

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Officer to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across our hotel, restaurants, spa, and events business.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or retail.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management and paid advertising.
• Creative flair with excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Liverpool market is an advantage.

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive room bookings, restaurant covers, spa treatments, weddings, conferences, and private events.
• Manage digital presence, including website content, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
• Develop engaging content and visuals that reflect our brand values and attract new customers.
• Work closely with the sales and events teams to create targeted promotions and packages.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and report on ROI.
• Build relationships with local businesses, media outlets, and influencers to enhance brand awareness.
• Support the development of seasonal campaigns and special events.
