With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach!   Position Title: Marketing Officers, Foreign Branch Officers Pool   Job Summary: Responsible for implementing marketing strategies and developing  marketing plans for products and services to attain profitability and volume targets. Identifies market opportunities and customer needs and assists in translating these into products and services.   Conducts sales and marketing activities for the development and expansion of the remittance business   Role Exposure: Internal Audit Reports to identify compliance-related issues; Assists the DH in the review of the report of Branch Operations Control Division on the results of its testing of compliance to specific regulations during its ocular visits to branches; Supervises the maintenance of ITTD database; supervise the preparation/consolidation/updating of replies and monitoring of corrective actions taken/ to be taken on noted observations/ findings thru regular follow ups via email to concerned Units; Formulates and implements remittance programs in area of assignment to develop, generate and expand remittance business to attain profitability/ volume targets. Conducts marketing programs and activities in compliance with Bank’s directions, host country, other regulatory bodies’ regulations and market/client preferences. Evaluates existing marketing strategies and recommends areas of improvements to meet volume targets. Analyzes market situations, conducts surveys and proposes marketing directions based on the latest market trends relating to remittance business. Prepares strategic remittance plans and competitive marketing programs that will ensure sustained expansion of the Bank’s remittance market share and profit growth. Prepares marketing report for submission to RMD. Develops new remittance business relationships. Pro-actively participates in cross selling of the bank’s/subsidiaries’/affiliates’ products and services. Attends to customers’ queries and ensures that immediate assistance is rendered to address their banking needs. Participates in community, civic, and social functions to build up goodwill for the branch subject to approval.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related programs   Other Details: Rank:  Junior Officer Unit:  Office of the President / International Offices and Subsidiaries Group / Foreign Branch Officers Pool Location: Metrobank Center, BGC Work Set-up: Monday to Friday, Onsite
