POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Position Available
SALARY: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
POSITION LOCATION: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Reporting to the Manager, Business Development Marketing, the Marketing Officer is a strategic, self-motivated professional responsible for leading the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives that support the College’s business development goals. The role requires strong project leadership and experience developing marketing campaigns. The Officer works collaboratively across schools, institutes, and departments to develop practical strategies, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes. A key part of the role includes coordinating meetings, events, and marketing activities with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution. Success in this position depends on strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
