Description

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and creative Marketing Officer to join a growing fresh produce distribution company. At Naturally Fresh Pty Ltd, we supply and deliver fresh fruits and vegetables to leading hospitality venues across Sydney.
As part of a small collaborative team, you’ll work closely with our sales and logistics teams to develop, implement and coordinate pricing strategies, drive brand awareness, and design campaigns that connect with wholesalers, retailers, and end consumers. From communications and social media to website updates and promotional campaigns, you’ll be involved in all areas of our marketing efforts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a marketing role
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, content creation, and analytics
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with a good eye for design and detail
  • Experience with email marketing, and social media management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in FMCG, food services, or logistics industry (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Advising the executives on product mix, pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
  • Assist executives in preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
  • Develop engaging content for website, social media, email newsletters and promotional materials
  • Maintain and update company website and social platforms
  • Plan, develop and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns to support sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors and agencies
  • Execute and monitor campaign performance, and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services
  • Support branding consistency across all touchpoints
  • Analyze data to develop marketing strategies and plan
  • Ad hoc duties as required
