Description
The Marketer will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and increasing brand awareness for the company’s rice and water products.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and direct consumers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated timeframe.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Organize and participate in promotional activities such as market activations, fairs, and exhibitions.
Ensure proper visibility and branding of products in the market.
Monitor sales performance and identify strategies to close any gaps in target achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
