Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Operations Executive to deliver on signed partnerships with global suppliers and support the development of a sustainable partnership program. This role ensures operational fulfillment of partnership campaigns, reporting, and collaboration across multiple teams to achieve KPIs and optimize processes. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Execute partnership campaigns and manage reporting Support sourcing and chains teams with training plans, supplier meetings, and inquiries Collaborate with Sourcing, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Digital teams to meet KPIs Optimize product portfolio and processes for partner campaigns Contribute to defining a sustainable partner model for win-win relationships Ensure accurate and timely reporting for all partnership campaigns. Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams to meet targets. Drive continuous improvement in campaign operations and partner experience. Implement quality checks for all campaign materials. Organize and maintain marketing data for analysis. Schedule and oversee global social media and email campaigns. Develop and share training materials for team members and stakeholders. Skillset and Experience Required Basic marketing knowledge, including email and digital marketing skills. Ability to manage multiple marketing programs and campaigns effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinker and problem solver with a results-driven mindset. Fast learner with adaptability to changing requirements.
