Responsibilities

As the Marketing Operations & Database Manager, you’ll be the architect behind our marketing systems, data processes, and technology stack. Your mission is to maximize marketing efficiency and ROI by ensuring clean, connected, and scalable operations. You’ll lead efforts to streamline lead flow, drive better attribution, maintain database integrity, and experiment with automation and AI tools to future-proof our marketing engine. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Marketing Technology & Systems Ownership: Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, and campaign analytics platforms to power scalable and efficient lead generation and nurturing programs.
  • Database Management & Health: Manage prospect and customer databases to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and deduplication. Drive measurable improvements in database quality and segmentation.
  • Lead Flow & Attribution Enablement: Design and implement end-to-end lead flow systems that support seamless handoff between marketing and sales. Improve attribution clarity to demonstrate campaign ROI.
  • Cross-functional Partnership & Change Leadership: Work closely with sales, revenue operations, and other teams to build trust and alignment. Champion the adoption of new tools and processes that enable measurable marketing improvements.
  • AI & Automation Innovation: Identify and pilot AI-powered tools that enhance marketing decision-making or automation. Translate emerging technology into real operational or performance gains.
