TEAM MISSION
The Marketing Operations team is built on four core pillars: Strategy & Operations, Data & Technology, Intelligence & Insights, and Enablement & PMO. This function drives marketing effectiveness and efficiency by orchestrating planning processes, managing budgets, building unified data and technology stacks, and enabling data-driven decision making across all marketing channels and initiatives.
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations and Insights Lead to architect and optimize the systems and processes that power GetYourGuide’s marketing organization. As the operational backbone connecting Marketing, Product, and Supply teams, you’ll translate strategic priorities into scalable execution frameworks.
