Role Overview We are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to drive the efficiency, visibility, and performance of the marketing engine. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and data — ensuring CRM accuracy, optimized campaign flows, and actionable performance insights. The ideal candidate brings a strong operational mindset, hands-on experience with HubSpot, and curiosity about how AI and automation can make modern marketing smarter. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments and enjoys solving operational and analytical challenges that drive measurable growth. Your Impact Ensure marketing systems and data flow seamlessly from lead capture to conversion. Maintain clean, actionable data across the CRM and marketing stack. Build reporting systems that make marketing performance transparent and measurable. Implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies to improve campaign execution speed. Core Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Systems – 40% Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing automation workflows. Ensure accurate lead capture, scoring, and routing across the funnel. Partner with sales ops to align lifecycle stages and maintain data consistency. Troubleshoot and maintain integrations between marketing and GTM tools. Data, Reporting & Insights – 35% Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot or Notion to track performance metrics. Analyze campaign results, conversion trends, and engagement data. Identify inefficiencies in lead flow and suggest process improvements. Deliver regular reporting to leadership on pipeline influence and ROI. Process & Enablement – 25% Document and refine marketing ops SOPs and automations. Train marketing and sales teams on HubSpot workflows and reporting. Collaborate with growth and content teams to operationalize new campaigns. Support integrations and list management with third-party platforms. Must-Have (Required): 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or sales ops. Hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation. Strong analytical mindset and understanding of lead management workflows. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Nice-to-Have (Preferred): Experience with data integrations, API-based automations, or workflow tools. Familiarity with Notion, Figma, or BI dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Data Studio). Interest in AI and automation tools that optimize marketing operations. Background in SaaS, PropTech, or startup environments.
