JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Remote (requires ~ 5-10% travel as needed)
With centers located nationwide, Intuitive Health provides health system partners a vital bridge from fee for service to value-based care by improving inappropriate ER utilization in a way that benefits patients directly which creates loyalty, repeat visits, and site-level profitability. These centers provide better access and better service to patients by eliminating the need to choose between visiting an ER or urgent care. In Intuitive operated centers, patients will experience short wait times, and concierge level customer service. Our vision is to simplify how patients access healthcare while elevating the patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join us in our mission to simplify access to high quality emergency and urgent care!

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Intuitive Health is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Digital Strategy leader, this role owns the technical configuration, governance, and optimization of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub. You will translate marketing strategy into scalable workflows, ensure data integrity across systems, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable growth through automation.
You will work directly with HubSpot account executives and support teams to ensure we leverage the platform effectively. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to implement campaigns and customer journeys, and partner with the data analytics team to maintain reliable data feeds, integrations, and APIs that power reporting and personalization.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, information systems, computer science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (or comparable MAP/CRM), including building complex workflows, lead scoring, and attribution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrations and APIs between HubSpot and external systems; familiarity with data schemas, webhook usage, and sync monitoring.
  • Strong project planning skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver in a fast-paced environment with overlapping priorities.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting; comfortable using GA4 and/or product analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
  • Data-driven and intellectually curious; comfortable diagnosing data issues, validating assumptions, and testing hypotheses.
  • Bonus: Experience with healthcare or multi-location services, Wagtail/Django site tagging, CDPs, or sales enablement tools; HubSpot certifications (Admin, Marketing Software, Reporting).
Responsibilities
  • Own the configuration and administration of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (users, permissions, objects, properties, lifecycle stages, lead status, pipeline, and custom objects).
  • Build, test, and optimize marketing automation including workflows, drip/nurture programs, lead scoring, form strategies, and progressive profiling to drive conversion and pipeline.
  • Partner with HubSpot account executives, solutions engineers, and support to resolve issues, evaluate new features, and align platform roadmap to business needs.
  • Develop a marketing operations roadmap and manage project plans to deliver capabilities on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, content, and design to set up landing pages, emails, CTAs, and multi-channel campaigns with accurate targeting, personalization, and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales with clear MQL/SQL definitions and SLAs.
  • Ensure proper campaign tagging, UTM governance, and attribution models within HubSpot and connected analytics tools for accurate performance reporting.
  • Work with the data analytics team to design, monitor, and troubleshoot data feeds and APIs (e.g., data warehouse, CDP, EMR, scheduling, call center), ensuring data quality, sync health, and schema alignment.
  • Manage integrations across the marketing technology stack (e.g., ad platforms, webinar tools, chat, scheduling, CRM extensions) and document data flows and dependencies.
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards, including validation rules, de-duplication, field governance, and consent management to support reporting and compliance.
  • Use analytics tools (HubSpot reporting, GA4, Freshpaint or similar) to monitor funnel performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics; translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across emails, forms, landing pages, and workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for marketing and leadership, highlighting pipeline impact, attribution, and ROI.
  • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials; enable team members on platform best practices and develop new capabilities on platform.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bugs, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks, escalating with vendors as needed.
  • Support governance and compliance related to HIPAA considerations, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and privacy preferences where applicable.
