DESCRIPTION

Auxly is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator on a full-time basis. This role will support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager by bridging the gap between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives are successfully implemented at the operational level. The successful candidate skill set combines both strategic and tactical elements of trade marketing, with an emphasis on project management, data platform management, and logistics.

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will lead the following:

  • Execution of marketing programs by managing processes, logistics, and optimize workflows across teams.
  • Manage the asset portal management system, ensuring that all assets (physical and digital) are accurately uploaded, organized, and easily accessible.
  • Ad hoc initiatives from the Marketing & Innovation team that require cross-functional collaboration and support.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post- secondary education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Related experience: 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a related operational role (preferred). Cannabis industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: Knowledge of retail environments, distribution channels, and merchandising practices.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to lead cross-functional mandates.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: High organizational strength, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills using spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation tools. Data platform background an asset (Ex. Tableau, Oracle).
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and takes ownership and initiative.
