About the Role

We’re seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to serve as the right hand to the founder across three rapidly growing healthcare companies:

  • Village Vision Center – Private optometry practice
  • Private Practice Help – Marketing agency serving 100+ clinics
  • Metric Helper – Analytics platform for optometrists

This role combines marketing execution, creative design, and operational support with direct exposure to high-level business strategy. You’ll drive real outcomes across multiple ventures while learning how successful companies are built and scaled.
Core Responsibilities

Non-Negotiable Requirements Technical Skills (Must Have Day 1):

  • Great eye for design
  • Tech-savvy problem solver who learns new platforms quickly
  • Data analysis capabilities - you’ll be trained on Power BI but need analytical mindse

Experience:

  • 1+ years in marketing, operations, or high-pressure creative roles
  • Startup or agency experience strongly preferred
  • Healthcare/optometry background is a bonu

Responsibilities

MARKETING & CREATIVE (60% OF ROLE)

  • Email marketing campaigns and automation
  • Direct mail campaign coordination
  • Blog writing for SEO and thought leadership
  • LinkedIn B2B outreach management
  • Facebook and Google Ads design and management
  • Short-form video content creation
  • Advanced analytics work using Power BI, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager

OPERATIONS & CLIENT SUPPORT (40% OF ROLE)

  • New client onboarding workflows
  • Customer support and troubleshooting
  • Trade show coordination and logistics
  • Internal training system development
  • Billing coordination and data management
  • Recruiting and interview support
  • Project management using Trello and other tools
