About the Role The Marketing Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing venue contracted marketing tasks and supporting major onsales across web, app, email, and other owned channels. This role is central to operational excellence, ensuring high-quality, timely, accurate delivery that enables fans to discover and purchase tickets smoothly. What does a day in the life look like? Execute marketing tasks including asset publication, tracking, and reporting. Manage booking of assets to digital channels. Follow business rules relating to placement prioritisation and venue commitments. Coordinate with CRM, Digital Merchandising, and Content teams on execution needs. Support major onsales by preparing assets, trafficking content, and ensuring go-live accuracy. Maintain documentation, checklists, and operational logs. About You: What are we looking for? 1–3 years in digital marketing, ecommerce, or campaign operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Experience using CMS or marketing platforms advantageous. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
