Description
As a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst you will join our Marketing Operations team. This role is critical in building excellent data foundations, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that drive marketing performance and ROI. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to influence strategic decisions.  Skills & Qualifications * Experience managing databases, systems, tools, and integrations.  * Outstanding orientation towards data, analytics, and insights to drive business decisions.  * Ability to understand marketing and business outcomes and build minimum viable solutions quickly.  * Essential experience with Salesforce.com, Power BI, Tableau, SQL.  * Knowledge of data integration, standardization, and orchestration platforms. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with XL Connector.  * Familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools is a plus.  * Flexible and adaptable to work on varied projects and prioritize effectively.  * Self-starter with a positive attitude, Excellent work ethic, and ability to build cross functional relationships.  * Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions to business problems.  * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics or related.  Job Duties and responsibilities  • Produce dashboards and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness from top-of-funnel through pipeline and opportunities.  • Build dashboards and scorecards in Salesforce and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to consolidate results across platforms.  • Forecast marketing spend, revenue impact, and ROI using Salesforce data combined with different source analytics. • Deliver actionable insights to influence marketing channel mix, strategy, and budget allocation. Ensure Salesforce campaign and lead source data accuracy and enforce proper tracking across all campaigns.  • Build and maintain lead and contact data foundations to enable marketing campaign orchestration and automation.  • Analyze leads, contacts, and accounts to optimize marketing campaign performance.  • Develop insights and frameworks to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts.  • Integrate new applications and tools to enhance marketing insights and campaign optimization.
