Inspirato is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Lead to drive key marketing initiatives that support the successful onboarding and performance of new inventory. In this cross-functional role, you will be responsible for curating and launching new property announcements, optimizing content and merchandising strategies, and using data to inform decisions that align with revenue goals and member engagement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or the luxury travel/hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and content management systems (e.g., Builder, WordPress).
  • Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with precision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus and drive alignment across departments.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-obsessed with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong judgment and aesthetic sensibility related to luxury brand standards and property marketing.
    Compensation - $60,000 - $72,000
    We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
    Paid Time Off: Accrues each pay period, totaling 15 days annually, plus nine paid holidays.

    HSA/FSA/Commuter Benefits: Pre-tax savings and spending plans, including employer HSA contributions.
    FAM Trip: After one year of employment, eligible for one three-to-four-night stay per calendar year in an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.

Responsibilities
  • Lead inventory marketing launches by developing and managing project plans and timelines for new property announcements.
  • Curate and approve content for new residences and hotels, including photography and editorial, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality presentation.
  • Act as a liaison across departments (Inventory, Sales, Marketing, and Member Care) to align on acquisition pipeline visibility and timelines.
  • Manage and respond to property reviews, coordinating with internal teams to address and resolve guest feedback.
  • Improve cross-functional processes to streamline inventory onboarding and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to monitor booking performance for new properties and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to inform channel strategy, continuously optimizing campaigns and tactics to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate with marketing leadership to align communication strategies with member needs, inventory availability, and business goals.
  • Manage promotional calendars, including seasonal booking offers and ongoing merchandising efforts to drive demand across all inventory types.
  • Support content creation, including property highlight features and blog posts to elevate brand storytelling.
