About the Role You’ll be the go-to person for making sure marketing projects and campaigns are well-planned, well-executed, and deliver real results. Working with our Specialist Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll coordinate everything from campaign timelines and budgets to reporting and team workflow. You’ll also lead a small marketing team and manage the engagement of contractors. What You’ll Do Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from start to finish. Support delivery of the annual marketing plan. Manage reporting, timelines, and stakeholder updates. Lead and support two team members. Work with sales, design, and suppliers to get great results. What You’ll Bring 3+ years’ experience in marketing operations or coordination. Broad understanding of marketing functions — digital, print, events, or design. Strong project management and organisation skills. Confident communicator and natural collaborator. Experience leading or mentoring others. A relevant marketing qualification is a plus, but not essential.
