Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Because we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d) based fully remotely to support the Commercial team on a wide range of cross-functional projects, varying from operational to strategic. Whether working on strategic initiatives for the organisation or introducing new processes, you will be helping to grow and improve the business.   • Overseeing and updating project plans to track milestones, deadlines and ensure alignment with global timelines
  • Proactively communicating with team members and stakeholders to follow up on tasks and provide progress updates
  • Regularly reporting to project leadership and relevant departments to verify transparent and effective project tracking
  • Managing contracts and collaborations with vendors and external partners to guarantee compliance, efficiency and alignment on commercial activities
  • Monitoring and tracking department budgets while ensuring alignment with the finance team
  • Overseeing the entire webinar process, including registration, participant management and sending regular reminders and updates to Regional Sales Managers
  • Managing printed opt-in forms and ensuring the accurate and up-to-date digital documentation of consent forms submitted by Regional Sales Managers
  • Coordinating topic management and sending timely reminders to ensure smooth progress
  • Working with product managers to gather topics, send reminders and approve content, aiming for high-quality newsletter delivery

  • University degree in a relevant field, additionally a recognized certification in project management (e.g. Prince2, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is of advantage
  • Proven track record in marketing operations with a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience
  • Proficient in using digital project management tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Planner, Smartsheet)
  • Fluency in both German and English is required
