In the role as a Marketing Operations Manager, one will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales and Business Operations to ensure seamless execution of our campaigns through the use of tools and technology. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience with Ringlead
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights

Responsibilities
  • Enhance end-to-end marketing processes, leveraging software and tools
  • Monitor, maintain and improve data hygiene and integrity within marketing systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, accurate tracking of metrics and the continuous improvement of the marketing processes and to improve ROI
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of new marketing technology/tools
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize various elements of campaigns, including email subject lines, landing pages, and calls to action
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology
