Role: Marketing Manager- Leeds
Salary: £45000K DOE
Hours: Monday- Friday office hours

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience working at Marketing Manager or Marketing Coordinator level, ideally within a multi-disciplinary business.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques – including SEO, PPC, social media, and content creation.
  • Experience of working in the Built Environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated with a professional manner

Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing activities across all divisions. Working closely with divisional directors and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will ensure consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment in all communications and campaigns.
In addition to your core marketing responsibilities, you will oversee and manage operational requirements relating to mobile phone and IT provision across the business, acting as a central point of contact for these resources.

This role will be a mixture of full mix marketing, stakeholder management and bid coordination through communications and writing techniques.

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day marketing operations across all divisions.
  • Collaborate with divisional directors to develop tailored marketing plans and support specific campaign needs.
  • Drive the promotion of the brand and services across all relevant platforms.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategy, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and PPC initiatives.
  • Lead the transition and ongoing management of all divisions onto a single, unified CRM platform.
  • Manage the coordination and submission of tenders, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and bids with a focus on BRPD.
  • Support internal and external communication initiatives, including newsletters, press releases, and company announcements.
