Your Impact Join our Marketing team as a Marketing Operations Manager, where you'll be the operational force behind the delivery of campaigns across some of Australia's and New Zealand's most recognised brands. Working across Brand, Creative, Media, Product and Production teams, you'll turn strategy into action—building campaign plans, coordinating delivery and keeping teams aligned from brief through to launch. We're looking for a highly organised problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to complexity, and enjoys improving the way great marketing gets delivered. A Day in the Life Own the operational delivery of marketing campaigns from approved brief to launch. Build campaign timelines, workback schedules and delivery plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep campaigns on track. Manage approvals, dependencies, risks and changing priorities. Keep campaign documentation and workflows accurate and up to date. Partner with teams to balance priorities, capacity and delivery timelines. Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence. Your Strengths Experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Operations, Project Management or a similar role. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Confident managing competing priorities, timelines and cross-functional dependencies. A collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge and influence when needed. Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or Monday.com.
