ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing technology stack, manage data acquisition and governance, and support revenue and performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists to drive data-driven campaigns and initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence. This fully remote role reports to the VP, Marketing.

Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team, responsibilities include:
Data Acquisition, Management & Governance
Develop processes for acquiring and enriching target audience data, working closely with Revenue Operations teams to implement automated solutions for data standardization and lead profiling.
Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and privacy compliance across CRM and marketing platforms.
Collaborate with legal to manage compliant data collection and usage.
Marketing Technology & Automation
Mature automations within the MarTech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce) to align with revenue goals.
Design and maintain lead nurturing, scoring, routing, and revenue attribution workflows.
Email and Performance Marketing
Co-author email marketing strategy, refine segmented audiences, and manage quality execution.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track and optimize KPIs (e.g., leads, IQLs, SQLs, MQLs, ROI).
Co-author performance marketing strategy and optimize execution to generate quality leads.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop a team of specialists and partners in marketing automation, email marketing, performance marketing, data analysis and coordination.
Revenue Operations & Budget Management
Collaborate with Revenue Operations to improve lead scoring and feedback loops.
Own and manage the marketing operations budget, including managing stakeholder relationships.
Continuous Improvement
Enhance automation, CRM management, and lead routing processes.
Manage the marketing operations budget to maximize ROI.
