MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Operations Manager to lead and evolve our marketing systems, processes, and reporting in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the go‑to expert for HubSpot execution, marketing data integrity, campaign operations, and revenue reporting. Your work will empower smarter decision‑making and drive greater alignment across marketing, sales, and finance.
A typical day includes building and launching campaigns in HubSpot, analyzing performance metrics, refining audience segmentation, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations and full‑funnel visibility. You’ll own marketing systems and dashboards, establish best practices, and ensure our marketing tech stack is optimized for scale. You’ll also partner closely with Financial Operations to track campaign ROI and align spend with revenue outcomes.
