Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness and support other tools in the marketing tech stack (CMP, intent tools, etc.).
  • Develop and implement automated workflows, manual and API-driven import processes, lead nurturing programs, and scoring models to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Build reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and marketing automation tools to provide visibility into the effectiveness of campaigns and attribution.
  • Support analysis of marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing and Sales database to ensure accurate reporting and reliable performance metrics.
  • Implement QA processes to ensure smooth delivery of marketing campaigns and data collection.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhancements needed to support marketing goals.
  • Train and support marketing team members on best practices for using marketing automation tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in marketing automation.
  • Stay up to date on global marketing regulations and maintain system governance for compliance.
