OTHER SKILLS THAT ARE GREAT TO BRING WITH YOU BUT THAT WE CAN HELP YOU DEVELOP:
Marketing Operations Management
Hashgraph is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and manage Hedera’s full Martech stack and vendors and ensure efficient execution of marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of how to leverage AI for automation and operational efficiencies and will be the marketing team’s “AI Center of Excellence’ and guide them on how to leverage AI tools (new and existing) to be more efficient. This role will be responsible for top-of-funnel channels such as SEO/PPC, paid social, and paid advertising, and ensuring all campaigns are tracked and measured with data analysis and performance tracking reports.
Hashgraph is an Agency of Record to both the Hedera Foundation and Hedera Council. Therefore, this role requires strong customer-facing skills and an understanding of the decentralized crypto market (in particular, as it relates to managing multiple, separate entities). Familiarity with open source web3 community dynamics to maximize reach and engagement is also important.
Campaign Management
The Marketing Operations Manager position will be a part of the Corporate Marketing team and will oversee all brand-building initiatives and channels. This includes being engaged by team members in Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Events to help execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging paid social media, email, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and paid advertising. This role will also monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI, as well as track key metrics like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
